Refund policy

Because every amplifier is custom built to order, all sales are final once an order is placed and payment has been received. Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours if production has not started; after that point, payments are non-refundable. If an amplifier arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right through repair or replacement as needed.
