Gerlitz USA Amplifiers – Limited Warranty
Gerlitz USA guarantees its amplifiers to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. For the first full year from the date of your original purchase, we will—at our sole discretion—repair or replace any qualifying defective unit with a comparable product at no cost to you.
Vacuum Tubes The vacuum tubes in our amplifiers are warranted for 90 days from the purchase date. Any tube-related issues after that initial period are not covered under this warranty. If you encounter premature tube failure, please contact us through the form on our website for guidance.
Post-One-Year Coverage After the first year, we will continue to evaluate and address any manufacturing defects or malfunctions on a case-by-case basis to support the long-term performance of your amplifier.
Eligibility This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Gerlitz USA amplifiers purchased directly from us. The warranty is strictly non-transferable and does not follow the product to any subsequent owners, even in the case of resale or gift.
To request service, provide us with proof of purchase (a dated receipt showing your name, the product model, and purchase date). Once we confirm a covered defect during the warranty period, we will repair the amplifier or replace it with an equivalent unit, at our option.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper operation, exposure to water, or theft
- Any shipping costs to or from our facility
- Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Gerlitz USA
- Units with defaced, altered, or removed serial numbers
- Damage to connected or secondary components
- Products not purchased directly from Gerlitz USA
Requesting Warranty Service To begin the process, submit a request via the contact form on our website. We will arrange for you to return the amplifier to our facility for evaluation and repair.
We handle all repairs in-house to ensure your amplifier performs at its best and maintains its original design integrity. Any unauthorized third-party repairs will void this warranty.
